Launching originally in 2000, Jayne has grown from just a simple one woman show, to a huge empire consisting of what we now know to be Jayne & Co salon, Baciami Hair Extension Wholesalers, and providing both online and in person education all over Australia & New Zealand.

Our founder and CEO Melissa Proietti has spent 13 endless years, building and creating a brand that truely focuses on ensuring the methods we both apply and educate in , are damage free, safe and always have your best interest in mind.

We pride ourselves on being real, down to earth and transparent with all of our customers and supporters.

Our team don't work for us, we work for our team. The happiness, enjoyment and fulfilment our team get out of their day to day commitment to the brand i what makes all the difference. We believe in keeping our team small & involved, ensuring we are consistently reviewing each other to ensure a vibrant happy work place, with employees that are constantly working towards both personal and work goals .
