  1. All complaints or issues must be addressed in person at Jayne and Co. Salon. Clients are encouraged to speak directly to salon staff to resolve any concerns or dissatisfaction with services.

  2. Clients must give the salon a chance to rectify any issues before a refund can be requested. The salon will work with clients to provide a satisfactory resolution to any problems.

  3. Hair extensions are non-refundable unless deemed faulty due to incorrect cuticle alignment after the time of installation. Clients must notify the salon of any issues with their extensions within a reasonable timeframe.

  4. The salon's opening hours for communication are from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday. Clients can reach out to the salon during these hours to schedule appointments, ask questions, or voice concerns.

  5. Jayne and Co. Salon values client privacy and confidentiality. Personal information provided to the salon will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  6. The salon maintains a clean and hygienic environment for the safety and well-being of clients. All tools and equipment are sanitized between uses, and staff members adhere to strict hygiene practices.

  7. Jayne and Co. Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful or harmful behavior towards staff or other clients. The salon is committed to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
