Is Nanoplasty for me?
- Nanoplasty is designed for everyone! It has built in bonding agents to protect and strengthen your hair while the service is being performed.
- Can I get this if my hair is coloured? Yes! Nanoplasty can be performed on all hair colours including Blondes! It does have the potential to fade colour but a toning service can be performed straight after a nanoplasty! Blonding services must be performed 2 weeks prior or after a Nanoplasty.
- How long does it last? The results of the treatment depend on your hair type and the level of straightening achieved in the first session. If 100% straightening is achieved, the results can last up to 3-6 months or until your hair grows out.
- How does it work? Nanoplasty works on rebuilding the amino acid's in our hair while reconstructing the disulphide bonds to change the texture and frizz of the hair!
-Can I still have some natural curls in my hair? Yes! Nanoplasty is customised to every single individual. We can create a completely straight result or just smoothen down the frizz while maintaining natural curls.

FAQ'S
Does this work on all hair types?
- Yes, Nanoplasty works on all hair types, including curly, wavy, ethnic, frizzy, and resistant hair. For coarser or virgin hair, higher temperatures, slower passes, and more repetitions might be needed for effective straightening.
Can hair be left to dry naturally?
- Yes, but for the sleekest results, using heat to fully dry the hair is recommended. The drier the hair, the better it will look. While nanoplasty works on the disulfide bonds to straighten the hair, the hydrogen bonds are still affected by heat and moisture. Fully drying the hair will enhance the results. Nanoplasty also makes hair more resistant to humidity and frizz, though it won't make it completely waterproof.
Is it suitable for blonde or damaged hair? Yes, it's safe for blonde and damaged hair. Just be extra careful and adjust the straightener's heat if the hair is sensitive. If the hair starts to feel brittle or sizzle, it's a sign the heat is too high. Reduce the temperature, especially around the hairline, which tends to be finer and more delicate.
Is the treatment safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding women? Yes, nanoplasty treatment is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women as it doesn't contain harsh chemicals like formaldehyde. However, it's best to avoid contact with the scalp. For extra peace of mind, we recommend providing the contacting the salon for the ingredient list so they can check with their doctor.
Will it leave my hair greasy or flat? No, the treatment won't leave your hair greasy or flat. Instead, it gives a smooth, sleek, and healthy appearance with natural volume.
When can the treatment be done again? The treatment is very safe and can be reapplied whenever necessary. If the desired straightening effect wasn't achieved during the first session, a second treatment can be done as soon as needed.
